A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE AVP, RETAIL BANKING ADMINISTRATOR

In this role, you will oversee the operational performance of our retail branch network, as directed by the VP, Retail Banking, and stay current with policy and regulatory requirements. You will provide a level of support to retail management and branch colleagues via coaching, training and mentoring to ensure a compliant and exceptional customer experience. You will be a valued partner to other lines of business across the Bank.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AVP, RETAIL BANKING ADMINISTRATOR

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred;
  • Five years of progressive Retail Banking experience required, Banking Administration preferred;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of banking compliance regulations and branch operation functions required;
  • Demonstrated understanding of core banking systems functionality required, prior experience with business control record a plus;
  • Proven leadership abilities required, and demonstrated organizational skills;
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel.

$70000-122000 per year Eligible for incentive plan
