Happy Days is a licensed and legal cannabis dispensary opening in Albany, NY on Western Ave near the Cross Gates mall. Happy Days is a family and friends operated dispensary that provides top quality cannabis products while delivering a fun and educational experience to all our customers. Happy Days is passionate about enriching the lives of others through their wellness products in addition to their philanthropic efforts. We are hiring for the following positions- Budtenders, Delivery Drivers, and Inventory Associates.

All positions listed: $19 hourly

Budtender:

• Greet and welcome customers
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns
• Educate customers about various cannabis products and store offerings
• Process customer orders and payments accurately
• Collaborate with team members to achieve and maintain a positive work environment
• Keep the "Floor" and registers clean and orderly
• Maintain a friendly and positive disposition towards your coworkers and customers

Inventory Associate

• oversee and maintain the storing, organization, and distributing processes of the products
• fulfill customer orders with efficiency and accuracy
• tracking and analyzing inventory levels
• attention to detail
• ability to adapt, improvise, be resourceful and creative pertaining to daily projects or overall goals
• Maintain a friendly and positive disposition towards your coworkers and customers
• able to lift 50 lbs
• affinity for numbers or basic understanding of multiplication

Delivery Driver

• Clean Driving Record
• Reliable Transportation
• Punctuality
• Delivery experience is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge on cars (how to check Oil, etc)
• Cleanliness
• Maintain a friendly and positive disposition towards your coworkers and customers
