Care Manager - Comfort Care Home

Looking for meaningful work? We are seeking a compassionate leader for supervision of caregiver staff and end-of-life care coordination. 

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; staff supervision; stakeholder partnerships; proficiency in Google suite; flexible schedule; occasional local travel; dedicated to ensuring a peaceful and dignified environment in a two-resident comfort care home for terminally ill people in their final days. 

25-30 hours/week @ $23.50/hr+. Background check required.

 Experience with caregiving and supervision preferred but not required.
