Chief Financial Officer

Academy of the Holy Names, Albany, New York, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team and manage the financial aspects of this private Catholic school for girls (grades 6-12), including investments and audit activities. The CFO is responsible for financial oversight and reporting, budgeting, tuition setting, financial aid administration, regulatory compliance, and human resources oversight. As a member of the senior management team, she or he will be comfortable in a leadership role that demands clear communication and presentation skills. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required; advanced degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in supervising business office personnel and operations, will have a minimum of five years’ experience in management at an independent school or non-profit institution, and a commitment to our mission as an independent, Catholic, all-girls school.

Salary: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
