Commercial Mortgage Lending Coordinator

Responsible for the processing and servicing of Member Business loans.  This individual will work together with the Sr. Commercial Loan Officer to create & obtain necessary documentation for all new & existing Member Business Loans.  Additional duties will include responsibility for annual review data collection, as well as, coordinating with outside vendors throughout the lending event.  Strong organizational and member service skills, as well as, the desire to assist our Business members is key to the success of this position and the MBL department.  At least 5 years of lending/loan processing experience, a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or similar education.

Rate of pay starting range $22.00 - $28.85 per hour
