Commercial Office Space Designer
Alaant Workforce Solutions is exclusively partnering with Cresa, a global commercial real estate broker to hiring a Commercial Office Space Designer This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity focused on interior office space design, collaborating with project managers and architects to develop innovative and functional workspaces.
Hours and Benefits for the Commercial Office Space Designer:
- Pay: $90,000-$105,000 / year

Responsibilities for the Commercial Office Space Designer:
- Produce project drawings, schedules, and specifications for interior building materials and furnishings.
- Document project phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
- Review and process submittals, conduct site visits, and participate in punch lists.
- Prepare and present materials boards, including ordering and cutting samples.
Requirements for the Commercial Office Space Designer:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Industrial Design or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of workspace, planning and construction
- Understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D rendering tools.
- Experience in spatial planning, and office fixtures and furnishing
