Commercial Relationship Manager

Hours and Benefits for the Commercial Relationship Manager:
- On-site Monday-Friday
- $75,000 - $125,000
- Paid Time Off, plus paid Holidays

Responsibilities for the Commercial Relationship Manager:
- Prospecting and Relationship Management:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers, leveraging networking and referrals to generate new business.
- Build and enhance relationships with existing customers by addressing their needs, managing loan requests, and encouraging referrals.
- Portfolio and Compliance Management:
- Oversee a commercial loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while protecting the company's interests.
- Strategic Goals and Collaboration:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet individual and departmental goals, collaborating with colleagues and management for support and guidance.
- Partner with internal teams to offer comprehensive services, participate in joint networking events, and facilitate stakeholder connections.
- Community Engagement:
- Actively participate in community activities to uncover business opportunities and demonstrate the company’s commitment to local communities.
Requirements for the Commercial Relationship Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, lending or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in commercial lending, loan portfolio management, or equivalent banking experience required
- Excellent consultative sales and relationship building skills required
