Director of 1884 Fund Giving and Events
Academy of the Holy Names, the Capital Region’s only all-girls, private, Catholic, college-preparatory school for grades 6-12 is seeking a skilled and dedicated Director of 1884 Fund Giving and Events.
Under the direction of the Director of Institutional Advancement (DIA), and in partnership with the Director of Alumnae Engagement (DAE), the Director of 1884 Fund and Events (D1884) builds and implements a comprehensive advancement program in support of Academy of the Holy Names that includes fundraising strategies and programs to increase annual charitable philanthropic support. The D1884 identifies, cultivates, and solicits donors for annual gifts to maximize AHN’s unrestricted revenue. Responsible for organizing major advancement events including the Spring Gala, Golf Tournament, Giving Tuesday, and ALLINFORAHN. Responsible for engaging the AHN community in sponsorship, fundraising and participation in advancement events.
This is a year-round position for an applicant who has the ability to work flexible hours when necessary. Background check and valid driver’s license required. More details here.
