About BBBSCR
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region creates and supports one-to-one mentoring relationships that help young people recognize their potential and build strong futures. We serve youth and families across Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, and Schenectady counties. We believe that talent is equally distributed, but opportunity is not. Mentorship helps close that gap.

● Maintain the Ready-to-Be-Matched pipeline
● Identify strong potential matches based on interests, needs, availability, geography, and program standards
● Coordinate match meetings and prepare participants for a successful start
● Complete a clear handoff to program staff who provide ongoing Match Support
● Communicate with applicants in a warm, timely, and professional way
● Track bottlenecks and help improve the enrollment and matching process
