A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE FINANCIAL REPORTING ANALYST:
As the Financial Reporting Analyst, you will support and complete requirements for internal and external financial reporting. Secondarily, the Financial Analyst will assist on special projects to enhance and increase efficiency as it relates to the financial close process. You will also be responsible for the compilation and analysis of the Allowance for Loan Loss and Interest Rate Risk models, as well as various risk and liquidity reports and projections.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field required. A minimum of five years' experience in financial reporting in the financial services industry required, or combination of equivalent experience and education.
- A demonstrated strong foundation in finance and accounting principles required. Must be detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills, and have the ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with strong organizational skills.
$27.00-40.00 per hour Base salary plus bank-wide incentive plan
