SUMMARY- Represent the Arena to the general public.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times. Ensure that patrons enter and exit the building in an orderly fashion. Maintain clear aisle at all times. Provide assistance in an emergency evacuation. Maintain the rules and regulations of the building. Exercise restraint and patience when dealing with a disruptive patron. Scan tickets using the Ticketmaster scanning devices. Direct patron locations requests. Communicate to Security Supervisor any patron actions that may be disruptive or inappropriate. Advise supervisors of any patron accidents. Patrol designated section during event. All other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS- To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations my be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS & ABILITIES- Good communication skills. Employee must be at least 18 years old. Prior Customer service experience required. HS Diploma/GED required.
