Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow revenue within existing accounts. In this role, you will focus on strengthening customer relationships, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and increasing account penetration through proactive outreach.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. This position offers a competitive hourly base plus commission tied to revenue growth and account performance. High-performing individuals in this role will have the opportunity to transition into an Outside Sales Representative position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Proactively contact customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to identify
    additional sales opportunities.
  • Increase account revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and re-engaging dormant
    customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and
    long-term partnerships.
  • Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with outside sales, customer service, and operations teams to support
    customer requirements.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure successful delivery and customer
    satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue growth targets.
  • Provide insights on customer trends, market conditions, and potential product
    opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer-facing sales.
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue within existing accounts.
  • Strong phone, email, and virtual selling skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize opportunities effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
  • Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay: $20–$25 per hour
