Member Service Representative at Niskayuna & Saratoga Branch– Rate of Pay $18.25

First New FCU is seeking an entry-level, full-time candidate for a Teller/Member Service Representative position in our Saratoga Branch. We are looking for an individual with great communication and customer service skills. A Teller is expected to efficiently and accurately process financial transactions with minimum to no error. Duties include cross-selling products, services and promoting e-banking to benefit member needs. Duties may include opening new memberships, referring loans to Loan Sales team and providing credit union services to members in a branch environment. Candidate must demonstrate a highly motivated, positive, outgoing personality to ensure an unsurpassed level of member service to meet and exceed expectations with every interaction. Recent background must include cash handling experience. Schedule requires half day on Saturday.  We offer competitive starting rates based on experience.
