PC Technician

PC Technician - Rate of pay range $19.00 – $22.00 per hour

First New York Federal Credit Union is seeking an entry-level PC Technician who will setup, install, repair and maintain PC workstations and peripherals. The candidate will also be responsible for software installs, updates and patches. Home base 2 Wall Street, Colonie, NY – may travel to branch locations.  Candidate should be knowledgeable in: PC and printer repair and maintenance. Good diagnostic and problem-solving ability. Excellent organizational skills.

Attention to detail. Will provide first level response to trouble tickets and calls, administer end-user support and assistance, and coordinate inventory. May assist in off-hour support and maintenance. Preferred A+ certification, able to lift at least 40 lbs, requires reliable transportation to travel to other locations (mileage reimbursement), and have a clean driver’s license.
