Who We Are

Next Chapter Fitness & Nutrition is the premiere fitness studio in the Capital Region catering exclusively to women 50+. We provide a welcoming and comfortable space for women to train and gain confidence.


At Next Chapter, we are driven to work with women who are recommitting to themselves by reclaiming their fitness, shaping a healthier, stronger future.


Position Details

Next Chapter team members have a high level of responsibility, work enthusiastically with clients, work well in a team setting, are adaptable to change, and are strong communicators.

All coaches must hold a current Personal Trainer certificate from an accredited agency (or the equivalent) and be CPR/AED certified. At least two years of training experience, preferably with the demographic of our member base, is required.

This position is part-time, offering competitive compensation ($24 - $28 per hour) and flexible scheduling. Individuals available to train during morning sessions are particularly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

  • Session setup ahead of time
  • Safe and effective execution of workouts, incorporating modifications as needed
  • Communication with Head Coach, providing workout feedback
  • Clean-up post-session
  • Other duties related to the smooth operation of the facility
