Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service

Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner

Communicate professionally with customers, peers and dispatchers

Diagnose and repair residential Plumbing and HVAC Systems

Keeps up to date with the latest Plumbing and HVAC technology

Requirements:

4+ years of field experience

EPA 608 certification

Nate certification, preferred

Great communication skills

Self-motivated, accountable, values high-integrity, and a competitive spirit

Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and collect payment

Valid New York State drivers license
