Project Designer (Retail Division)    

Full-time Position

C2 Design Group is currently seeking a talented Project Designer to help us grow our retail division. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and will be responsible for the production of drawings for retailers including fitness clubs, restaurants, and pickle ball clubs located across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all phases of a project from schematic design to construction documents.
  • Assist with field measurements, documenting existing building conditions to draft/model base plans.
  • Perform architectural assignments including preparation of plans, elevations, sections, details and schedules.
  • Assist with project and materials research.
  • Prepare presentation materials and design boards.
  • Attend in-house team meetings.
  • Adheres to and implements firm contract documentation procedures and standards.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • AA Degree or Bachelor of Architecture degree
  • Applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Revit is required
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup is preferred (Nice to have, but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to learn and be part of a collaborative design team
  • Focused on ARE, if not already licensed (Nice to have, but not required)

Salary

  • $52,000 - $58,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
