Promotional Product Specialist

Are you an experienced promotional product specialist who thrives on helping clients achieve their goals? Join a team of the area’s best creative minds, print and promotional product professionals.

This position requires the drive to provide superior customer service and sales team support.  Experience in the promotional product or printing industry is preferred, as well as strong math and writing skills. You will work directly with customers and support our outside sales team, so an extremely strong attendance record is a critical requirement.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers and sales personnel to research products and provide
  estimates promptly, negotiates price and acquires orders
• Work with outside vendors, including sourcing, estimating, and purchasing
• Manage the project through production to ensure quality and deadlines are met
• Traffic jobs through production, enter job tickets and prepare final invoices
• Source, Develop and curate product assortments for clients and events.
• Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate and meet target margins
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners

Qualifications

• Promotional Product or printing industry Preferred.
• Must have the ability and commitment to deliver superior customer service and ensure
  total customer satisfaction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Ability to learn quickly, thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Applicant must have strong math, organizational, project management, and planning skills
• Must be a team player that can cooperate and effectively work together to meet objectives
• Must thrive under tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to manage frequent interruptions and quickly jump from one project to the next as
  priorities change
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range

$20-$25 per hour based on experience.
