What You'll Do
As a Sales Estimator, you'll meet with homeowners, inspect properties, identify water-management issues, and provide customized solutions.
Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled estimates on time
- Inspect homes and identify gutter and drainage issues
- Educate customers on available solutions
- Prepare accurate estimates within 48 hours
- Effectively communicate product value and differentiation
- Follow up consistently on open proposals
- Maintain strong closing percentages and sales goals
- Coordinate project details with production teams
- Visit sold jobs to maintain customer relationships
- Return customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records in company software systems
Business Development
While most leads are company-generated, top performers also:
