Senior Manager, Marketing Communications

Develop and implement marketing communications strategies for the Chamber and the Center for Economic Growth. This position works closely across departments to ensure that marketing achieves established goals.

Responsibilities will include:
• Develop and implement integrated marketing, communications, and public relations plans that advance the organization’s mission and goals and promote events and achievements.
• Create engaging messaging and informative content for various platforms.
• Write copy for e-newsletters, marketing/promotional emails.
• Optimize marketing through targeted communications, measure analytics.
• Provide marketing direction and support to departments within the organization.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all written and visual communications.
• Monitor and analyze marketing communication initiatives, utilizing data to measure effectiveness to make informed decisions for future strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of five years of demonstrated marketing communication experience related to the position.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling skills, particularly for marketing and public relations.
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Design Suite, Canva Pro, Buffer, Constant Contact, WordPress, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM/Membership databases, and software.
• Basic graphic design experience.
• High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to set goals and decide on long and short-term objectives to deliver an effective strategy.
• Self-starter, comfortable operating with strategic direction and autonomy to deliver results.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000

Generous benefit package including PTO, health, 401(k), life/LTD
