Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager. Architectural Senior Project Manager to work with existing conditions documentation, leading new design development efforts, producing renderings, speaking at presentations, creating construction documents, overseeing quality control, project administration, and management of the entire project life cycle.  Proactively contributes to projects from conceptual design through construction closeout. Produce construction documents and technical specifications for public bidding. Follow production schedules and meet multiple simultaneous deadlines. Work with in-house design teams of other project architects and engineers, designers, technicians, and outside consultants, as well as Construction Managers and client representatives. Meet quality control requirements, cost budgets, and time deadlines as necessary to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. Contribute to growing our practice through new business development initiatives including but not limited to assistance with new client outreach, follow-up, and marketing. 40 hours per week, $159,037/year. Requires bachelor’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering plus 5 years of experience in architectural project management and proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe; Design and graphic skills, with ability to work in Sketch-Up or other modeling/presentation software packages.
