We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our mechanical shop while performing advanced diagnostics and repairs. This dual-role position combines hands-on technical expertise with day-to-day shop oversight, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Mechanical Repair & Diagnostics

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on classic, performance, and modern vehicles

• Conduct test drives and detailed inspections to verify repairs

• Maintain accurate service and parts documentation
  
  

Shop Leadership & Operations

• Schedule, assign, and prioritize work orders

• Supervise and mentor technicians and shop staff

• Maintain a clean, organized, safety-compliant shop

• Coordinate parts procurement and vendor relationships

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience (classic/performance preferred)

• Prior supervisory or shop management experience

• Strong advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and equipment

• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
