The Wealth Management Solutions Department at BSNB continues to grow! We are seeking a Wealth Management Senior Operations Administrator to play a key role in supporting the full life cycle of Trust accounts from onboarding new relationships to ongoing transactions. Wealth Management Senior Operations Administrator

In this role you will:

• Work with the Wealth Management Operations Supervisor and team to coordinate daily operations on department platforms including Fi-Tek/Global WealthES and others.
• Oversee department postings, settlements, transfers, and reconciliations
• Support and act as backup to Operations Supervisor regarding contact with internal and external resources regarding the technology platforms. Evaluate system capabilities and updates, and make recommendations as to system efficiencies, workflow enhancements, or required changes, and outline implementation strategies and impact.
• Ensure accurate system set up for generation of appropriate tax documents. Oversee and facilitate accurate and timely preparation of annual tax documents.
• Oversee the preparation of new account packets and onboarding process, inclusive of building fee schedule in Global Wealth and checking new account entry for accuracy.
• Supervise the Wealth Management operations team in the absence of the Wealth Management Operations Supervisor.

$57,000-80,500 per year Base salary plus bank-wide incentive plan based on bank and individual performance 

The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree in business, paralegal studies, or related field coupled with five years' experience in trusts, investment operations, wealth management operations, banking operations, and/or brokerage industry operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Computer skills a must with FiTek experience preferred. Must have a demonstrated ability to remain highly confidential.
